Senior Power Electronics Engineer, EV Chargers (R&D)

Kempower, a Finnish DC fast charger designer and manufacturer, is seeking a Senior R&D Engineer to develop power conversion products and lead design efforts that advance EV charging solutions worldwide.

You will conduct simulations, oversee testing, and guide decisions to ensure reliability and certification readiness. The role offers hybrid work with offices in Lahti, Tampere, Vaasa and Helsinki, plus home-based work and occasional travel to suppliers and customers.
