Senior Portfolio Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Portfolio Accountant to oversee multiple property portfolios while leading and supporting a team of portfolio accountants. This role serves as a key quality control point, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, while also handling an individual portfolio. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards across accounting deliverables and proactively resolving issues before escalation.

Key Responsibilities

Review and approve financial reports, reconciliations, and variance analyses prior to submission

Ensure consistent reporting standards, accuracy, and deadlines across the team

Act as the first point of escalation for accounting-related issues

Support onboarding and training of new team members
