Planning Engineer

1. Responsible for preparing PM schedules through HxGN EAM (formerly Infor EAM).
2. Planning and scheduling all PM and BM jobs using HxGN EAM planning software, based on priority.
3. Preparation of Weekly; Monthly, Quarterly, Annual look-ahead Schedule.
4. Coordinating the reporting of Key Performance Indicators: preparing, follow-up, and achieving them.
5. Support the Improvement of the maintenance process related to PM, BM jobs and employee resources.
6. Resource estimation and planning with Supervisors and managers.
7. Auditing terminals for all asset-integrity related areas; assuring compliance of integrity management processes and procedures with the company’s systems and Safety standards.
8. Updating actual Progress and all related information & comparison analysis.
9. Failure Mode Effective Analysis on all continuously failing assets and providing better solutions.
