Process a range of planning applications, including outline, full, reserved matters, and major applicationsValidate applications and carry out consultations, negotiations, and site visitsMonitor developments and manage discharge of planning conditionsPresent applications at Planning Committee meetingsExercise delegated authority where appropriateInvestigate complaints relating to unauthorised developments and assist with enforcement proceduresPrepare and serve notices, formal cautions, and provide evidence at public inquiries or court where requiredProvide advice and guidance to the public, developers, and stakeholders on planning mattersSupport and guide junior Planning Officers where appropriateContribute to wider service projects and corporate initiatives What We're Looking For
