• Responsible of preparing PM schedules through HxGN EAM (formerly Infor EAM)
• Planning and scheduling all PM and BM jobs using HxGN EAM planning software, based on priority.
• Preparation of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual look‑ahead Schedule.
• Coordinating the reporting of Key Performance indicators: preparing, follow‑up, and achieving them.
• Support the improvement of the maintenance process related to PM, BM jobs and employee resources.
• Resource estimation and planning with Supervisors and manager.
• Auditing terminals for all asset‑integrity related areas; assuring compliance of integrity management processes and procedures with the company‘s systems and safety standards.
• Updating actual progress and all related information & comparison analysis.
• Failure Mode Effective Analysis on all continuous failing assets and providing better solution.
