Role Description

• Develop and update detailed finishing schedules using Primavera P6.
• Integrate MEP, internal fit‑out, and external works into a single coordinated program.
• Monitor progress against baseline and control activities on the Critical Path Method.
• Coordinate MEP first fix, second fix, and final fix with finishing activities.
• Prepare short‑term look‑ahead plans (2–3 weeks) for execution teams.
• Track and resolve constraints (drawings, materials, access, approvals).
• Plan and monitor snagging, de‑snagging, and testing & commissioning (T&C).
