Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision. Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed. Commitment to company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and dress code standards. Ability to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, if applicable. Ability to travel and work flexible hours across multiple locations with minimal notice.
