Senior Permits and Licensing Manager

【Job Responsibilities】：

Ⅰ Permitting & Regulatory Affairs (Central Government Level)

• Secure and manage all national-level permits and regulatory approvals required for project development and financing, including but not limited to：DOE，BOC，DA，DENR, DAR etc.
• Secure Permit and Clearance from ERC, WESM, IEMOP to ensure renewable plant Commercial Operation on time and fully Compliance
• Monitor regulatory developments and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in central government agencies; anticipate policy shifts that may impact project timelines or economics.
• Coordinate with project finance and legal teams to ensure all permits are bankable and satisfy lender requirements for financial close.
• Represent the company in industry associations and government consultations to advocate for favorable policy frameworks.
