Senior People Operations Partner

We’re looking for a systems-minded Senior People Operations Partner to help build and scale the people infrastructure that will support Stampli’s next stage of growth.

The right person is equal parts builder, operator, and strategic problem-solver. You bring clarity to complexity, structure to ambiguity, and a bias for scalable execution. You’re comfortable challenging legacy ways of working, leveraging technology, data, and AI to improve how People Operations runs, and building systems that can support a high-performing global organization.
