Senior PCBA NPI & Manufacturing Engineer

Rockwell Automation in Singapore is looking for a Core member of the New Product Introduction (NPI) team. The role focuses on the manufacturability of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA), ensuring seamless production transition with robust processes.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to define manufacturing strategies, validate processes, and support internal training. Ideal candidates hold a degree in engineering and have substantial experience in PCBA manufacturing and industrialization roles.
