Senior Payroll Specialist

Role Description

You are enthusiastic about service delivery in a shared services environment and provide excellent customer service to clients. You are a team player and able to work collaboratively with a large team and will report to the Regional Payroll Manager. Our aim is to provide value-added services and solutions that are flexible and tailored to the circumstances and needs of our clients

Principle Accountabilities

• Accountable for day-to-day operations of payroll, timekeeping, leave and employee data management.
• Verify reconciliation and payroll reports prior transmission to client
• Work closely with payroll vendor/Tax authorities to ensure smooth workflow of all payroll related matters.
• Drive and scale improvements in payroll systems, process including standardization across clients.
• Ability to manage change across different programs and project initiatives.
