Senior Payroll Consultant

Outsourced CFO is recruiting a Senior Payroll Consultant, who will oversee the operations of the payroll function within the Cloud Accounting Department. This role is responsible for ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded, team members are effectively trained and upskilled, and the quality of services is maintained to the highest standard. Job responsibilities will include, among other things: Client Service Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Develop and implement SOPs to document and address client needs effectively. Oversee the delivery of monthly and annual client deliverables with exceptional quality and timeliness. Ensure technical oversight and compliance with payroll and tax laws and regulations.
