Senior Payroll & Benefits Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management: Follow the end-to-end payroll process for CLT employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Validate and consolidate information such as hirings, termination, vacations, leaves, bonuses, and deductions. Review and reconcile payroll reports, ensuring compliance with eSocial, SEFIP, CAGED, DIRF, and other government requirements. Liaise with accounting and finance teams for monthly payroll postings and provisions. Maintain and update employee data in payroll systems.

Benefits Administration: Manage benefits such as health insurance, meal/food vouchers, transportation, dental, life insurance, and wellness programs (e.g., Wellhub). Ensure new hires and terminations are reflected correctly in benefits systems. Monitor and analyze benefit usage and costs.
