Senior Payroll & Automation Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Payroll & Automation Specialist with extensive experience in payroll operations and a strong analytical and transformation mindset. This role requires someone who can go beyond transactional payroll and drive insights, automation, and process excellence, particularly in a multi-country payroll environment.

Payroll Operations & Compliance

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including validation, reconciliation, and reporting
• Ensure accuracy of payroll inputs (new hires, exits, variable pay, bonuses, deductions)
• Oversee full & final settlements, statutory reporting, and audit readiness

Analytics & Business Insight

• Perform payroll variance analysis, identifying trends and anomalies in fixed vs. variable pay
