Purpose Senior Payments Officer in Money Transfer Operations, Toronto, Canada, responsible for ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
What you will be doing
Lead and drive a customer-focused culture throughout the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
Execute payment instructions promptly and efficiently according to governing procedures, and manage any other payments and wire room functions.
Ensure all accounting entries generated via the BESS Operating System are processed without delay, providing efficient service and minimizing risk of loss.
Be available to replace any operator or SME at any time, completing work in the most efficient manner and managing daily workflows, including contributions to other queues.
