NurseFirst is a public-facing tele-triage service that helps residents access timely care. You will coordinate patient follow-up, bookings, referrals, and care transitions across healthcare settings.

In addition to tele-triage operations, you will support ED services with registration, billing, admissions, and administrative tasks to ensure a seamless patient journey and compliant data handling.
