Ministry Description Summary
The Senior Pastor works in harmony with the Staff and Leadership Team (Elders, Deacons, Coordinators, Ministry Leaders, etc.), understanding and supporting the beliefs, mission, values, and strategy of Mt. Lassen Community Church & Mt. Lassen Theatre. The Pastor’s primary responsibilities center around what is outlined in Ephesians 4:- and 1 Peter 5:2-3. As Pastor, he strives to glorify God in everything by providing ministerial oversight through shepherding the flock in spiritual and relational growth by modelling what it looks like to love God and love people.
