Join Transwa Rail Services as a Senior Passenger Assistant and play a key role in creating a welcoming, safe and enjoyable journey for every passenger. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where your visibility, warmth, and professionalism will make a real difference. You’ll provide high-quality customer service at every stage of the journey—offering assistance, sharing information, and ensuring comfort and safety onboard. From preparing and maintaining manifests to assisting enroute passengers with ticket sales, you’ll be central to smooth daily operations. You’ll also take pride in maintaining clean, well-functioning onboard facilities, promptly addressing any concerns, and working closely with Railcar Drivers to support safe and efficient train operations, including responding confidently in emergency situations.
