Senior Partner Account Manager

Overview

We're hiring a Partner Account Manager to join our Channel team, based in Canada and supporting US partners. You are a strategic relationship builder with an entrepreneurial mindset and a track record in sales, ready to manage a portfolio of partners and a pipeline of incoming leads from our partner network.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of channel partners and drive activation and growth across the book of business.
• Build strategic relationships with key channel partners and become the trusted advisor on their business and where Clio fits.
• Source and close long‑term, high‑impact partnership agreements, and own the co‑sell motion with AE partners to drive shared pipeline.
• Run partner enablement programs and represent Clio’s product vision and roadmap to partners and internal teams.
• Use AI tools, including Claude, as part of daily workflow.
