Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day campaign management, optimization, and pacing across Meta
- Manage and optimize paid social spend at scale, including millions monthly Meta investment
- Execute full-funnel paid social strategy across prospecting, retargeting, and retention
- Partner with the Creative Strategist to concept, test, and iterate on ad creative
- Lead structured creative testing programs and turn results into actionable insights
- Support and scale whitelisting and creator amplification programs
- Monitor performance daily against CAC, ROAS, and revenue targets
- Contribute to landing page and CRO initiatives
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of hands‑on paid social experience in DTC or a high‑growth agency
- Deep, current Meta Ads Manager expertise
- Strong grasp of performance marketing fundamentals (CAC, attribution, incrementality)
