Description
The Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist in this role will lead the successful implementation and adoption of our client’s new Crew Hotel solution. This strategic role will partner closely with business leaders, operational stakeholders, project teams, and external implementation partners. Your mission will be to prepare impacted groups for change, mitigate resistance, and ensure a seamless transition from current-state processes to future-state ways of working. As a champion of change, you will be instrumental in helping our operational teams understand, embrace, and sustain the changes required to achieve critical business benefits.
