Job Purpose
The Business Process Consultant – Finance will lead the digital transformation and optimisation of Finance and Accounting operations. The role requires deep functional expertise in Finance processes combined with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials. The consultant will drive process standardisation, automation, compliance, and reporting excellence across the Group's diverse business portfolio.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Analyse and map current-state Finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting. Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses, and design optimised future-state workflows.
