Your Responsibilities
- Support operations with troubleshooting alongside the incident management
- Implement change requests (RFC) in line with existing procedures and protocols
- Optimize resources utilization by analyzing and proposing improvements considering the life‑cycle management of applications hosted
- Development and implementation of automated solutions
- Collaboration in the continuous development of existing infrastructure and active support of migration projects
- Recovery exercises execution and troubleshooting in the 2nd level support incl. on‑call service
Your Profile
- Higher education (university / FH) in Computer Science or any other relevant education
- At least 7 years of practical experience in the field of database operations and engineering
- Knowledge in Oracle databases and PostgreSQL is required
- Experience with Ansible automation is a plus
