We are seeking a skilled Senior Operator to join the team! In this position, the Senior Operator will provide equipment operation support for a shore-based training system for a Naval systems contract.

Senior Operator Responsibilities:

– Support the execution of the system scenario program.

– Provide simulator systems operator support to control the simulations during training and readiness events.

– Support loading, Verification & Validation (V&V), and operating scenarios.

– Deliver post-event reports after the completion of lab events.

– Develop or modify existing documentation for scenario development, including Simulator Operators Handbook/SOP.

Senior Operator Qualifications:

– Must have an active Secret Security Clearance.

– 8 years of Combat Information Center Watch-station experience.
