- Follows all relevant policies, processes, procedures and controls within the respective Operations Centre to fulfill procedural legislative requirements while ensuring high-quality, safe, cost‑effective, consistent work.
- Carries out day‑to‑day operations within the respective Operations Centre to ensure work processes are implemented as directed by the Day Crew Supervisor while complying with established policies, processes and procedures.
- Receives daily direction from the Day Crew Supervisor on activities to be performed and ensures work is completed in a timely and safe manner and in line with required quality standards.
- Ensures timely escalation of any issues or problems to the Day Crew Supervisor to support timely corrective action.
