Key Responsiblities

• Ensures and facilitates a smooth flow of communication within departments to avoid confusion.
• Handles purchasing activities, liaises with regional operations/suppliers/principals, ensures the timely arrival of shipments.
• Verifies supplier's invoice and collaborates with Sales and Accounts department to facilitate payment processes.
• Processes customer's orders, verifies pricing, payment method, customer information.
• Resolves customer queries or order issues, ensures order fulfillment is on time.
• Monitors inventory levels, ensures inventory accuracy, liaises with Sales to generate purchase requisitions.
• Assists with stock counting and updating stock records.
• Handles goods, picking, packing, labeling items, ensuring proper storage and organization in the storeroom.
• Ensures that FIFO or FEFO procedure is practiced.
