Senior Operations Executive (Freight Forwarding)

About the role

This role involves coordinating all shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors, ensuring customers and all parties are promptly informed on shipment progress including collection, shipping date, and arrival date. You will process and prepare shipments within the system while ensuring declared permits comply with Singapore Customs regulations, and maintain familiarity with regulations for various Singapore Authorities such as SFA, NParks, HSA, and NEA.

Key responsibilities

• Co-ordinate all shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors
• Keep customers and all parties promptly informed on shipment progress (collection, shipping date, arrival date, etc.)
