Senior Offshore Brownfield Construction Lead

KBR Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sr. Construction Manager to lead offshore brownfield construction for a major water injection project. The role moves from Abu Dhabi to the fabrication yard and then offshore, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality across live facilities.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate shutdowns and tie‑ins, and drive performance with focus on HSE and compliance in ADNOC environments.
