Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the tracking database for all office files, receipts, invoices, and payments received.
- Maintain the department employees' personnel files in coordination with HRD.
- Coordinate the activities of the directors and ensure clerical work and the image of the office is presentable to visitors.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
- Responsible for timely ordering and printing of all office pre‑printed stationery items, including letterhead, mailing envelopes, business cards, re‑use me envelopes, etc.
- Support with clerical duties according to the demand of the director/department workload.
- Coordinate any office equipment or other maintenance works with the respective maintenance vendors.
