Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Account Manager with day-to-day client servicing and account management activities
- Maintain and track client data, and prepare regular reports for review by the Account Manager
- Support the preparation of contracts, proposals, quotations, eDMs, and presentations for both prospective and existing clients
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate and support account management activities
- Assist with billing and invoicing matters to ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Support tender submissions and renewal processes by compiling required documents and information
- Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Account Managers to ensure the smooth operation of the Account Management team
- Minimum GCE O Level with at least 2 years of working experience
