Senior Officer PMO

Job Purpose:

To perform end to end project management, KPIs/OKRs tracking & reporting, data analysis & management reporting for nationwide Network Operations & Maintenance Center (NOMC).

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end tracking of projects and special initiatives, covering planning, execution, monitoring & control, reporting, and post-implementation analysis.
• Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, identify performance gaps, and drive data-driven improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely progress, effective issue resolution, and alignment on deliverables.
• Prepare professional presentations and technical reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Design, develop, and automate interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
