Job Overview

Ensure timely and accurate procurement of medicine and pharmaceuticals items for TIH.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess the need for various materials and supplies.
• Prepare and verify purchase orders as per SOP and quotations.
• Ensure material availability at minimum cost and within the shortest time frame.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate with concerned departments.
• Review purchase orders regularly to ensure timely delivery.
• Evaluate and manage suppliers; maintain and update the approved vendor list.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and after‑sales terms with suppliers/vendors.
• Maintain purchase order records and prepare comparative statements when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Supply Chain or Pharm D.
• Additional certifications in supply chain will be preferred.
• 2‑3 years relevant experience.
