Multi-Company ERP Design

• Design and implement multi-company architecture in Odoo.
• Configure intercompany transactions sales purchases transfers, shared vs separate warehouses, multi-company chart of accounts, consolidated and individual financial reporting.
• Ensure proper data segregation and access control, smooth intercompany workflows without duplication, handle cross-company inventory and procurement flows.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with the IT department for system setup and integrations.
• Coordinate with heads of multiple entities departments to align requirements across companies.
• Ensure uniform processes where required, deliver tasks within timelines.
• Act as a central point of contact for ERP across all companies.
