We are seeking a Band 6 Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Selby Community Response Team in delivering high standards of holistic and Occupational Therapy interventions to patients within their own place of residence to facilitate the individual reaching their optimal functional potential.

Our team consists of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Support Workers. We are a well-established team and would look forward to you joining us.

This role will involve using health coaching skills to effectively engage with the patient and their family to ensure expectations are appropriately managed.
