Senior NPI Supplier Quality Engineer – Launch Readiness

Advanced Energy Management Limited is seeking a Sr Supplier Quality Engineer (NPI) to lead supplier quality for New Product Introductions in Penang, Malaysia. You will drive readiness for QCCL, coordinate with NPI QPM and cross-functional teams, and ensure disciplined execution of quality processes from Proto through EVT and DVT.

You will act as SME for supplier quality readiness, risk management, and governance, ensuring on-time NPI builds with robust FAI planning and sign-off.
