Senior Non-Medical Claims Lead

AIA Malaysia is seeking an experienced claims professional to process and settle incontestable and contestable major claims (e.g., Critical Illness, TPD, Dismemberment, Death) within the target turnaround time and in line with procedures.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least seven years in the insurance industry, with independence, strong customer service orientation, and fluent English and Malay communication.
