The Senior Nexthink Engineer is responsible for promoting, configuring, and optimizing the Nexthink platform to improve enterprise observability, automation, compliance, and overall employee digital experience. This role collaborates with IT and business teams to translate endpoint telemetry into actionable insights and automated remediation. Responsibilities: Promote Nexthink capabilities, best practices, and adoption across IT teams. Manage platform configuration, governance, and onboarding of new Nexthink features. Support enterprise initiatives through reliable setup, maintenance, and technical enablement.
