Senior Neurosurgeon: Complex Cranial & Skull-Base Lead

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a senior neurosurgical specialist to deliver advanced cranial neurosurgery services within a major Dubai hospital, lead complex surgical care, and help develop a high-performing neuroscience program.

The role requires board-certified neurosurgery, 5–7 years post-training, a proven record in complex cranial procedures, and strong leadership and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams; academic or tertiary center experience is preferred.
