Senior Network Operations Leader

Badger & Bird Talent seeks a Head of Network Operations (FNO) to lead a lean, highly structured NOC and ISP management team. Based in Johannesburg or Durban on a hybrid schedule, you will take command of the NOC and external contractors across Gauteng and other key regions.

You will balance technical fibre realities with commercial leadership, tighten budgets and SLAs, ensure rigorous asset documentation, and drive operational excellence to keep networks steady and commercially viable.
