Senior Network Operations Lead - Fiber & WiFi (Onsite, Cali)

Celerity Fiber is looking for a Leader Operation Engineer to manage the operational performance and service assurance of its fiber backbone and managed WiFi services. Based in Cali, Colombia, this role requires overseeing daily operations, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Telecommunications and over 8 years of experience in telecom operations. Fluency in English is mandatory.
