Role Overview
Join our Network Operations team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS) as a Senior Network Operations Analyst. This hybrid role requires working as per respective team's arrangement, with a working shift of Sunday to Wednesday (6:00AM - 4:00PM).
What You Will Do
Responsible for the operation of 24/7 global voice and data network, identifying and tracking faults, managing communication and ticketing systems, and resolving issues within governed SLA time frames. Tracks network usage capacity and utilizes network capacity planning tools to identify trends that impact business performance.
