Our Client, a Public University company, is looking for a Senior Network Engineer for their Ann Arbor, MI/ Hybrid location. Responsibilities:
+ Assist with depreciated network equipment replacement projects.
+ Manage physical installation of network and other equipment, configuring switches and routers.
+ Produce engineering and installation documentation, as well as test plans, as required.
+ Createand maintain network documentation using Visio and Microsoft Office products.
+ Review engineering products (drawings, equipment lists, etc.) for completeness and correctness.
+ Coordinate network circuit activation, changes, and decommissioning on existing fiber optic and copper cable infrastructure.
+ Perform network equipment firmware and software upgrades during non-business hours.
+ Collaborate in resolving complex technical issues for assigned projects.
