Senior Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Carrier/ISP liaison : Place orders, specify circuit details, and coordinate with carriers or internal teams for WAN circuit delivery.
• Portal navigation : Log into carrier portals, track orders, and manage workflows.
• Process management : Understand carrier processes and escalation paths for provisioning and troubleshooting.
• Circuit inventory management : Maintain accurate documentation and manage circuit inventory (critical responsibility).
• Project coordination : Apply project management skills to oversee timelines, deliverables, and escalations.
• Technical support : Provide technical input on WAN circuits; deep Cisco/IP expertise not required but solid networking knowledge is expected.
