Job Summary

The Senior National Account Manager will lead the Home & Personal Care business with Target, with additional oversight of Kohl’s, JCPenney, and Macy’s. This role is responsible for driving sales, profitability, and strategic growth across these accounts, with a primary focus on building a strong partnership with Target. The ideal candidate brings direct experience managing the Target account, a strong understanding of Target’s merchandising and planning processes, and the ability to turn insights into winning customer strategies.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the Target account strategy, including annual planning, Joint Business Planning, assortment, pricing, promotions, and omnichannel growth initiatives.
