Senior Monitoring & Observability Architect (ITOM)

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced Monitoring, Observability & Event Management Architect to design and implement enterprise monitoring and observability solutions ensuring performance, health, and availability of IT assets.

You will collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, cost‑effective monitoring across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms, with hands‑on work on ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps and other tools.
