Senior Model-Based Systems Engineer

**Job Description**

BAE Systems is seeking a Senior Model-Based Systems Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for championing the implementation of Agile-MBSE best practices, empowering programs across our Sector with the latest MBSE training and providing technical guidance on model development and process implementation. The Senior MBSE s expertise will be instrumental in driving our transition to a Digital Enterprise (DE), where virtual and cloud-based networks are redefining the boundaries of traditional engineering.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
This role s responsibilities will require:

+ Utilize knowledge of MBSE processes, practices, tools, and related modeling languages and frameworks (e.g. SysML, UML, UAF) to solve complex technical problems
