Responsibilities
- Configure STPs, DRAs, HLR/HSS, SMSC, SGSN, GGSN/PGW, SBC, and other network equipment
- Use and build dashboards to discover issues and patterns
- Follow communication procedures for internal and external incident handling
- Drive the implementation of telecom interconnection with providers
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, security audits, and emergency response
- Conduct Wireshark tracing of critical infrastructure to debug issues
- Participate in occasional on-call requirements
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the core network domain with mobile networks
- BSc degree in Telecommunication or Computer Science
- 10+ years of experience with SS7, Sigtran, Diameter, and Packet Switched protocols (GGSN/PGw, GTP, GRX, IPX, etc.)
- Expertise in circuit switched protocols (SS7, SCCP, TCAP, MAP, CAMEL) and SCTP
