Senior ML Team Lead - Remote (LATAM)

Caylent is seeking a Senior ML Team Leader to oversee a team of engineers and architects in a fully remote role based in Argentina or Latin America. Responsibilities include managing hiring processes, developing team members, and ensuring high performance.
