Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to join a team responsible for the administration, optimization, security, and evolution of enterprise Microsoft 365 environments. You will play a key role in managing collaboration platforms, identity services, cloud security, automation initiatives, and migration projects while ensuring high levels of availability, compliance, and operational excellence.

Work Model:

Hybrid (3 days per week in the office – Porto)

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services across the organization.
• Manage identity and access solutions using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Implement and maintain Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) policies.
• Support and troubleshoot Exchange Online environments, including mail flow, connectors, compliance, and security configurations.
