Senior Metrology Engineer

In this position, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of measurement systems combining physical dimensions determination and defect detection. You will develop and maintain computer vision models for tracking sample defects at various stages of the process, and develop 3D measurement capabilities for samples of various sizes and shapes.

Development of routines for 3D measurements and extraction of form, dimensions, surface roughness/flatness.
Development, testing, and maintenance of deep learning vision models.
